  : The room was cozy and simple. The location was nice and you can walk to the old town area in about 15mins downhill and 20mins for return. The nighttime reception lads were nice. They offered short day tours to the Dead Sea. The hotel owner, Mr Thalib was very nice and he spoke good English and French. He loves to travel and likes to dialogue with the guests.
  : The bedding or towels were not changed daily, but I think if I had asked they would have replaced them. The shower pressure was slow at first, the nighttime worker replaced the shower cap when I informed him, which made it a little better. The hot water took some time heatup so you have to let the tap run for about 3-5mins, which hurts because Jordan has a big water shortage issue and I feel bad to waste water. I would have used the cold water, but since it was winter the water was too cold. The breakfast was simple. The instant coffee looked old or expired, which was a shame because I don’t eat breakfast, I only drink coffee in the mornings. They were in clunks and they weren't appealing. I used my own instant coffee packs. The one thing that was not convenient, the hotel didn’t allow guests to bring back food or order take out so it wasn’t easy. I had walk down to old town every night to eat out, and sidewalks were poorly maintained and the drivers drive like mad over there. Also, the main entrance steps are made from granite so when it rains, be extra careful because it is super slippery. It would be good to put some rubber mats to avoid guests from slipping and hurting really bad. This is not a critique because it’s Jordanian culture. The Blue Mosque is a lovely building, but it’s behind the hotel, so be prepared to be woken up every morning at 5am and then again about 6am for morning prayers. The first morning, I almost fell off my bed in shock because of the load calling for prayer
